YOGA AT GNOLL PARK

Yoga at the Gnoll Country Park
Outdoor Yoga Classes at Gnoll Country Park will begin on Saturday July 18th and will run on selected weekend dates during the summer holidays. Classes will be held in the peace and tranquility of early morning in an open grassy space close to the main car park with views down the Neath valley.
Should the weather be inclement classes will take place in the visitor centre instead.
About These Classes
Classes will take place on selected Saturdays and selected Sundays this July and August between 7.30 - 8.30am. All classes are open for booking in advance.
If the weather is inclement classes will not be cancelled. Instead we will use The Cascade Room inside Gnoll Park Visitor Centre.
Numbers will be limited to 11 people, which is the capacity of The Cascade Room. However, more tickets will be released the day before each class if it looks certain that we will be outdoors.
Please fill in the contact form and include your mobile number in order to be added to the Park Yoga Whatsapp Group so that you can receive location updates ahead of each class.
Booking Information
Classes are £8.00 and are open to adults and also to children aged 10 and over who are accompanied by a responsible adult.
