Meditation at the Gnoll Country Park

This September and October join me for Saturday/Sunday morning outdoor guided meditation sessions at Gnoll Country Park in Neath.

Take an hour to unwind and explore effective ways to ease anxiety, reduce stress and support your wellbeing through connection to nature and to yourself.

The park is glorious in early autumn and there are some beautiful locations, especially around Brynau Farm, that are away from the busy main areas where all you can hear is the breeze in the trees and the sounds of nature. The perfect location to practice meditation.

About These Classes

These meditation sessions will take place on Saturday or Sunday mornings during September and October when the weather allows.

We will meet at 10.30am and walk together to a quiet location where will perform some gentle standing or seated stretches and grounding movements to prepare us for roughly 30 minutes of guided meditation. Each session will be approximately an hour, including the return walk to out meeting point.

As sessions are weather dependant I strongly recommend joining my Park Yoga & Meditation Whatsapp Group to keep informed of forthcoming classes and any class changes.

Please fill in the contact form and include your mobile number in order to be added to the Park Yoga Whatsapp Group for class updates.

You can also follow my Facebook page to keep informed of future class dates.
